She currently works as an administrative assistant at Fishboard, where she is primarily responsible for data management and administrative tasks.
Arabella Josiane ANAFACK BEKOUNDI
Administrative Assistant
Arabella holds a Bachelor’s degree in Money and Banking from the University of Yaoundé II, Cameroon. Thanks to her academic background and her mastery of the French and English Languages, she is currently working as an assistant manager at Fishboard, in charge of customer service and digital marketing.
Willy Steven KAMGANG
Director
Willy is a passionate labourer who loves work well done. He has a wide range of interests including mathematical and statistical sciences, molecular epidemiology, and evidence synthesis. He is a doctor of general medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Yaoundé with a masters in epidemiology from the University of Bristol, and extensive international experience (UK, USA, Canada).
Marius Garell DON ZANGUE
Epidemiologist
Marius is an Epidemiologist with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food safety, and a Master’s degree in Public Health and Epidemiology from the University of Dschang, Cameroon. With some experience in both community and hospital settings, Marius has been involved in numerous health projects. He is actively engaged in the scientific community as a member of organizations like Hi-Med, Global Reasearch Agency, and RéCAJ +.
Rose AZEMO KOYOH
Human Resource Officer
Rose holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resource Management from HIBMAT Buea, Cameroon. Her expertise lies in managing the company’s workforce, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and performance management. She ensures compliance with labors laws, resolves conflicts, and supports strategic planning to optimize job satisfaction, employee performance, and organizational success.
Alexandra Orly KAPLO
French Language Instructor
Alexandra KAPLO holds a Bachelor’s degree in French Literature from the University of Yaounde I and a Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Law, with a specialization in International Relations (Francophonie and International Relations) from Jean Moulin Lyon III University, France. She currently works as French Language Instructor at Fishboard where she manages French courses, as well as creates content to promote the Language department’s offerings.

English Language Instructor
Promise holds a Bachelors’s and a Master’s degree in Modern English Letters from the University of Dschang, Cameroon. With proven track record as an English teacher at International Mobility Consulting Services, Promise brings a wealth of experience to the classroom. She is skilled in tailoring her teacher methods to meet the diverse needs of learners, fostering a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
Guy Roland NKAMA ADIGONO
Computer Scientist
Roland is a skilled software engineer with a Master’s degree from « Ecole Nationale Supérieure Polytechnique de Yaoundé ». He has experience in backend development, database design, and deployment. His expertise includes Node.js, Python, AWS, SQL, PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and Linux. Roland has worked on various projects, including building autonomous data collection agents and developing features for stock management applications.

Maintenance Specialist
Elvis is an all round technician with advanced skills in carpentry, electrical installations, plumbing, and electronics. He clocks over 15 years of experience as maintenance officer in academic and hotel infrastructures. At Fishboard, he ensures the structural and functional integrity of the physical aspect of the entire facility.
Dominique MAFOMA
Sanitation Officer
Dominique is the head of the cleaning and cooking teams, as well as all stores. She has built a valuable set of practical skills in sanitation as well as inter personal skills through her gradual career progression from cleaning staff in hotel, receptionist, chief receptionist, to becoming head of personnel of Platanes Hotel in Yaoundé.
